1. Limited Warranty

2KR Systems, LLC ("2KR Systems," "we," "our," or "us") warrants Portable Cable Reel products (PCR-610/1210/1810) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers replacement of the defective product only. It does not cover the cost of removal, reinstallation, or shipping, which remain the customer's responsibility.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear;

  • Misuse or abuse of the product;

  • Unauthorized modification of the product;

  • Installation or operation that was not performed by qualified, trained personnel; or

  • Use of the product beyond its rated capacity.

To make a warranty claim: contact us at info@2krsystems.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning any item.

2. Product Installation and Use

Portable Cable Reel products must be installed and operated by qualified, trained personnel in accordance with applicable electrical and safety codes. 2KR Systems does not perform installation, construction, electrical work, or field service.

3. Limitation of Liability

2KR Systems is not responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from the installation, use, or failure of the product. Our total liability for any claim related to a physical product is limited to the replacement of that product.
